The best Minister that Abuja has ever had, Malam Nasir El-Rufai has accused President Goodluck Jonathan of using Boko Haram as an excuse to commit genocide against the North.
While calling for the withdrawal of soldiers from cities in the North, Malam El-Rufai went further to accuse the FG of being behind Boko Haram which he claimed was a ploy to 'finish' certain people.
He made these allegations on the social media platform, Twitter.

However, in a reaction to El-Rufai's call, the Counter Terrorism Coordinator, Major-General SarkinYaki Bello said such a call cannot not be justified at the moment. "What is the alternative? So, for us professionals, I think that question is ill-advised and I don’t support it.
"I can’t just see the rationale of somebody saying that we should withdraw the military from the streets where they are. In the first place, they must have been deployed because of a particular security challenge and to me when that challenge is over, then the military could be withdrawn," he said.
