As the presidential election are being conducted peacefully in South-South and South-West states, Northern and Esteren states have recorded some disaster. While it has been confirmed that a bomb exploded in a car parked near a polling unit in Enugu State, reports are coming in that 13 people have been killed by Boko Haram as they exercise their voting right in Borno and Yobe State.
