How Buhari Snubbed Diezani On Flight From Abuja To London

So many people waiting to see what will befall the Minister of Petroleum,Mrs Diezani- Allison Madueke when President-elect Buhari takes over power. On Friday, the President-elect, Muhammadu Buhari was on his way from the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport Abuja to London, little did he know that he will be on the same flight with Petroleum Minister, Diezani Alison-Madueke.

They jetted out of the country to London aboard the same flight that left the airport at about 4.30am on its way to Heathrow Airport, London. It was while Buhari was going to board his flight that a mild drama took place at the airport. In a bid to catch up with Buhari,

Diezani raced after the president-elect, who had undergone airport screening before her. It was further gathered that when Diezani arrived the airport and got news that Buhari had already boarded the flight, she hurriedly ran to ensure that she entered the plane.

There are reports that efforts of the minister, during the 6-hour flight, to speak with Buhari failed.The president-elect is said to have only greeted Alison-Madueke during the boarding process.
