Buhari Replaces Head Of Service With Winifred Oyo-Ita

After the removal of Mr Kifasi as the Head of Civil Service of the Federation.President Buhari,has replaced him with Winifred Oyo-Ita,a 51 years old trained chartered accountant from Cross River,she is currently the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Science and Technology. Follow @todaysgist
