Governor Owelle Rochas Okorocha,is one of Nigeria multi billionaire and also a politician who became the governor of Imo State,after winning 6th May 2011 gubernatorial election.According to Chinedu Ozordi,the 53 years old governor has named a public building after his daughter Uloma Nwosu(nee Okorocha).Chinedu,shared the photo and wrote.
