Appeal Court Sack Akwa Ibom Governor Emmanuel Udom

Court of Appeal in Abuja has annulled the election of the governor Emmanuel Udom of Akwa Ibom state.The five member panel has upheld the petition of the candidate of All Progressive Congress,agreeing that the election of Emmanuel Udom did not conform to the electoral act. The court ordered a fresh election to be conducted within 90 days. Follow @todaysgist
