TB Joshua claims to have predicted the recent typhoon in the Philippines, but in reality it is a heavily edited prophecy that has already been used to claim he predicted flooding in Indonesia.
Over 10,000 people are thought to have died when Typhoon Haiyan hit the Philippines. Many more have lost their homes and possessions. Shockingly, but not surprisingly (knowing his track record), TB Joshua sees this as an opportunity to increase his notoriety by releasing a video claiming that he predicted it.
Incredibly, even though we have twice before exposed SCOAN's deceptive editing tricks, yet again they edit out certain details from the prophecy. For example, in the original prophecy (recorded on June 24th 2012), TB Joshua claimed the country name would start with "IN". He also claimed the disaster would be imminent, even implying that it might happen within the next week. This was almost 17 months prior to the event actually happening. What's more, in January 2013, he released heavily edited footage from the same prophecy to claim that he'd predicted a major flood in Indonesia (got the "IN" right there!).

ReplyDeleteIn the Book of Mark Chapter 6 and verse 4, But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, but in his own country, and among his own kin, and in his own house. In Matthew 13:57-, he repeated the same thing: "But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, save in his own country, and in his own house. I PITY YOU ALL WRITING ALL MANNER OF RUBBISH AGAINST GOD'S ORDAINED VESSELS. In the same Book of Luke Chapter 6 and Verse 37, Jesus said: "Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned"... In Matthew Chapter 7 and verse 1-2, Jesus said: Judge not, that ye be not judged.2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. SO THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE MADE YOURSELVES JUDGES OVER GOD'S SERVANT, GO AHEAD! Your reward is at hand if you don't repent and stop dragging GOD'S children's name in the mud.......Man of GOD, go ahead with your assignment! Your critics will bow before you and confess it with their mouth that GOD have sent you! Stay lifted! Stay anointed! Stay covered with the BLOOD of Jesus!
ReplyDeleteGod always reveals to redeem, even if it is God dat is showing him all the so called mysteries, it is not meant to scare people so as to gain unholy popularity but for him to use prayers nd if possible fasting to redeem the time......is he d only prophet that God is showing things? Aside dis, the God me I serve is never late, He is a God of accuracy, he won't say a thing will happen tomorrow nd postpone it to next year.........why was d video even re-edited? This is for personal nd ministerial agrandizement. Let people know I have spoken nd it cometh to be syndrome.

ReplyDeletePls stop judging others,but judge your own very self. God is not mocked whatever a man sows that he shall reap.The foundation of God stands sure,having this seal,God knows those who are His;let everyone that names the name of Christ depart from iniquity.Miracle or prophecy will not save anyone,only Christ saves.Give your life to Him now.Live holy and righteously in this world.May God help us as we obey Him.
ReplyDeleteTake heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven. 2 Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. 3 But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth: 4 That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly.
ReplyDelete1 Corinthians 13:9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part.
ReplyDeleteProphecy often operates on two levels of fulfilment. On the first level, there is a divinely revealed ‘near’ prediction relating to a soon-coming event. But on a second level, there is a corresponding ‘far’ prediction that will be fulfilled in a later time.
There are many examples of this in the Bible, but one such near-far prophecy is the Emmanuel prophecy of Isaiah 7:14. Note that Ahaz first told to ask for a sign for himself and that the kings threatening Judah were to be eliminated by Assyria when the child was young, not centuries before his conception. In fact, the fulfilment is given in the very next chapter, with the birth of Isaiah’s son Maher-Shalal-Hash-Baz. We would hardly think this a Messianic prophecy at all, except for the unfulfilled details:
The child’s name was supposed to be Emmanuel, not Maher;
Maher’s mother was not a virgin by definition when he was conceived
The prophecy goes on to state in chapter 9 that the child would sit on David’s throne, which Maher never did.
We can relate this understanding of near-far prophecy to T.B. Joshua’s prophecy concerning the floods that hit Indonesia and the Philippines. The Indonesia floods happened about 6 months after the prophecy, but left unfulfilled details concerning CNN giving the storm a new name. This came into fulfilment about 16 months later when Typhoon Haiyan hit the Philippines, being the largest storm recoded in history and the first of its kind to be given the name “Super Typhoon”.
