We're talking properties that cost a few hundred million dollars, and in one case a cool $1 billion. Here are seven homes that fall into that rarified category. Antilla
Located in Mumbai, India, this 27 floor home is owned by billionaire Mukesh Dhirubhai Ambani. According to the LA Times it has a swimming pool, yoga studio and mini-theater. And it only costs $1 billion dollars. 



Villa Leopolda
This $506 million villa was completed in 1931 on a Cote D'Azur, France estate once owned by King Leopold II of Belgium. The current owner, philanthropist Lily Safra, has access to 19 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms and a private beach front according to World Most Expensive.





The Penthouse
Nestled in London town, this $200 million penthouse apartment has bulletproof windows, a wine-tasting room and an underground tunnel according to REP Interactive. 





Fairfield Pond
This beach property located in Sagaponack, New York is the most valuable home in the United States. Currently owned by American investor Ira Rennert, this oasis includes 29 bedrooms and 39 bathrooms according to REP Interactive. Valued at $170 million, there is also five tennis courts and a bowling alley.









Hearst Mansion
Once owned by publishing tycoon William R. Hearst, this home is valued at $165 million. According to Hearst Castle's website, the mansion has three swimming pools, a wine cellar and a zoo! 






Spelling Manor
Valued at $150 million, the abode built for producer Aaron Spelling is the sixth most expensive home in the world. According to Huff Post LA this property has 14 bedrooms and 27 bathroom. There's also bowling alley and library. 






Fleur de Lys
Fleur de Lys is a little piece of France in California. Inspired by Versailles, this home has a total of 100 rooms including a ballroom. It is also decked out in rare Louis XIV and Louis XV antiques. Hey, for $125 million did you expect anything less?
