Five million women farmers will get
mobile phones in 2013, President Goodluck Jonathan announced in his
budget presentation in Abuja yesterday.
Jonathan announced to a joint session of the National Assembly where he
presented the budget that the measure was part of efforts to prove the
gender friendliness of his administration.
