An Osogbo Magistrate Court yesterday
remanded a 32-year-old man, Akinboye Adewole, in prison for allegedly
raping nine-year-old Abosede Aluko.
He was said to have committed the offence on the 14th of October, 2012
at the Olorisaoko area of Ikire, Osun State.The accused pleaded not
guilty, while his counsel, Abimbola Ige, prayed the court to grant him
bail. But Magistrate Olusola Aluko adjourned the case to November 28,
2012.
