Shun Night Clubs, Cultism and Other Negative Social Habits - Pastor Kumuyi Urges Nigerians

 Pastor William Kumuyi, the General Superintendent of Deeper Christian Life Ministry, has charged Nigerians to shun night clubs, cultism and other social vices.

 Pastor Kumuyi made the call while speaking on the topic “The Supernatural Beginning of a Better Future,” at the ongoing Lagos City-wide Crusade in Agege, Lagos.

According to P.M News, he urged Nigerians to root out the habit of night clubbing, cultism and other negative social pastimes from their lives and surrender to Jesus who has the power to break the negative habits from their lives.

 "Every plant that has not been planted in your life shall be rooted out. You would have gone to school, but night club will not allow you; you would have earned money but roaming about will not allow you. The original plan and purpose of God for your life will be fulfilled. People could not get the original plan God has for them because there has been a derailment. Satan, the society and sin conspired to derail your life with the cooperation of self. Your destiny which has been in the hand of Satan, the society and sin will be taken back. All that Satan has planted in your life to make you miss God’s plan for you will be taken away tonight. A glorious beginning is starting in your life today. You must cooperate with God by rooting out those things. That place where you engage in occultic practices, drunkenness, sucking of blood, adultery, robbing and others is not a place of rest because they will destroy you. You must not remain in sin. Awake and put on a new strength. Rise up from that evil and come to the Saviour and something good will come to your life" he said.

Pastor Kumuyi Denies Banning Use Of Ipads And Phones In Deeper Life Churches

 Following reports that the General Overseer of the Deeper Life Bible Church, Pastor W.F. Kumuyi, banned the use of Ipads and Iphones in his church, the respected man of God has come out to deny the fast trending report. He released a statement to that effect on his Facebook page. Read below....

THIS REPORT IS FALSE. 

There was never a time as referred to in the article, when Pastor W.F. Kumuyi made this statement or “BANNED” the use of mobile devices in the Church. 

As much as every Christ-loving believer is encouraged to give God his/her full attention when in Church or in any other place, where the Word of God is being taught, this story is HIGHLY MISCHIEVOUS and MISLEADING.

There is no doubt that Technology has its place in the spread of the gospel message as well as believers’ development where such is put into proper use but its misuse or abuse is not encouraged.

Panic In Deeper Life Camp As Pastor Kumuyi Collapse During Service

 latest Information coming out of Deeper Life Conference Centre, venue of the ongoing Deeper Life Ministry Easter Retreat is not a good one at all and it is spreading fear and panic among members of the church.

 I heard that the General Superintendent of the church, Pastor W.F Kumuyi is currently down with health challenges.

    “Pastor Kumuyi could not take the morning Faith Clinic on Saturday because of his health condition. He broke down during the ongoing retreat and was rushed to the hospital, he is currently under treatment,'' an insider disclosed. 

    “We were told to pray for his strength, which we have been doing, but he didn’t minister throughout yesterday, a development which has sent every member panicking.”

A dependable source in the church Daily Post exclusively. He said there’s tension in the camp over the health of Kumuyi who broke down during the programme entitled: ‘Living in His Victory and Destined to Win.’

It was gathered that when it;s his turn to Minister, they may rebroadcast his old message to the congregation.

Pastor Kumuyi has been rushed out of the camp, he is yet to return as at the time of reporting. Pray for him!
