A married woman had s*x with a 15-year-old schoolboy in her car after enticing him by flashing flashing her br*asts on the internet.

Susan Millman, 47, used a webcam to try and tempt other teenage boys by promising them s*x in video shows online.

Millman, from Grimsby, whose husband runs a coach company, has now been jailed for 18 months after admitting two offences of causing the teenage boy to engage in s*x with her in her Jeep.

Grimsby Crown Court also banned her from working with children for life and ordered to sign on the S*x Offenders’ Register for 10 years.

Photographs of her appeared on a social networking site and were viewed by teenagers. Police became aware when an adult was informed and the victim was interviewed.

Prosecuting barrister James Byatt said Millman's initial contact with the youth was on Facebook and was of a friendly nature prior to the two offences between September and November 2010 and January and March 2011.

He said: 'She took a caring attitude and he confided in her. He felt he could unburden himself and they had hugs. After rows with his mother he felt he could go to confide in her.

'The nature of the communication changed and it became more s*xual. She would comment on his good looks.

An Abuja Senior Magistrates’ Court has sentenced a 23-year-old applicant, Henry James, to four months imprisonment without an option of fine.

Senior Magistrate Asmau Akanbi handed down the jail term after the convict pleaded guilty to stealing of a telephone handset.

Akanbi, however, ordered that his co-accused Gabriel Eleso, 20, and Uche Obinna, 20 be remanded in prison after they pleaded not guilty to the same charge.

The accused persons were charged with joint act and theft, which the police prosecutor, Cpl. Silas Nanpan, said were reported to the police on March 8, by one Solomon James of Nyanya Village, Abuja.

He said that when they were arrested, they confessed to the crime, adding that the offence contravened Sections 79 and 288 of the Penal Code.

A Chief Magistrate's Court sitting in Abeokuta on Tuesday jailed a teenage boy, Chukwade Nnorom, for stealing, conspiracy and unlawful possession of items belonging to a Nigeria Police Officer, Mr. Michael Kogi.

The Prosecutor, Insp. Augustine Ozimini, told the court that Nnorom conspired with another person now at large, to commit the said offences on March 12 at about 3pm.

According to Insp. Ozimini, “The accused with his conspirator wrapped a rubber slippers pierced with four big nails in a polythene bag and carefully placed it under the tyre of Kogi’s vehicle.

“They monitored him as he went into a commercial bank to make some withdrawal. After he left the bank, he moved for a while and discovered that his tyre had been punctured.

“As he was struggling to remove the flat tyre, Nnorom and his conspirator went with a motorcycle and took away N278,000 and other valuables from the car.”

Insp. Ozimini, who presented the money, a locally-made master-key and other items recovered from the convict as exhibits, said the victim being a policeman alerted his colleagues on patrol about the incident, leading to the arrest of the teenage-robber.

He also tendered a confessional statement made by the Nnorom to the court as exhibit.

In his judgment, Chief magistrate Adesegun Adenariwo, sentenced Nnorom to one year imprisonment for stealing and another one year for conspiracy. He however gave him an option of N10,000 fine on each count.

The Chief Magistrate also sentenced the teenage-robber to a one-year jail term on the third count, without an option of fine to serve as deterrent to others.

Mother, 28, Jailed For leaving Daughter, Six, Home Alone for Five Days

A mother who left her six-year-old daughter at home alone for almost a week has been jailed for 18 months.

A judge ruled that Natalie Terry, 28, should be identified after shocking details of the neglect suffered by the little girl emerged in court.

The child, who had to fend for herself in the freezing house for five days, survived on water, yoghurt and Monster Munch crisps.

The only luxury in the house was a flat-screen TV, and police found cat faeces in virtually every room.

After the first night, the girl woke and dressed herself for school, but when her mother failed to come home she stayed in the house.

The terrified youngster then spent five days looking after herself in the semi-detached property in Dartford, Kent, in November 2010 before finally knocking on a neighbour’s door.

Shaking and sobbing uncontrollably in her nightdress, she told the neighbour: ‘My Mum has left me for five days and she has not come back.’

Maidstone Crown Court heard that when police interviewed Terry before she was arrested, she simply said: ‘I neglected my daughter .

Judge Martin Joy was told that when Terry finally returned home, she visited a neighbour after learning police had taken her daughter away and said: ‘I will not get her back.’

The court heard Terry, who admitted child cruelty charges, had tried to get home before her daughter woke up after working through the night at a shop ten miles away in Woolwich, south-east London.

However, she did not explain where she had been for the five days she left her child alone.
She told police: ‘I am doing everything I can to earn money and keep my job.’

The girl was taken into care, and the Daily Mail has learnt that she has been able to see her mother through supervised visits.

Rejecting calls for Terry to be spared jail through a suspended sentence, Judge Joy said: ‘This is a matter of high culpability and the offence is so serious a non-custodial sentence cannot be justified.’

He also rejected submissions from the prosecution and defence that the mother and child should not be named, saying he would ‘exercise the discretion’ he had under the law.

26yr old Nigerian, Olutosin Oduwole, Sentenced to 5 Years in Prison in the US for Terrorist Threat

A 26yr old Nigerian, Olutosin Oduwole, was on Wednesday December 21, sentenced to five years in prison in Madison County, for writing what prosecutors say was a note demanding money and threatening a Virginia Tech-like killing spree.

A jury convicted the former Southern Illinois University student in October of attempting to make a terrorist threat and unauthorized possession or storage of a weapon.

The judge sided with jurors in dismissing Oduwole's claim that he was an aspiring rapper, and that the threatening words were innocent lyrical musings. He was sentenced to five years on the threat charge and a year on the weapons charge to be served concurrently.

The threat note was found in Tosin's abandoned car by cops in July 2007, just a few months after the Virginia Tech massacre. The writing demanded payment to a PayPal account, threatening "if this account doesn't reach $50,000 in the next 7 days then a murderous rampage similar to the VT shooting will occur at another highly populated university.

THIS IS NOT A JOKE! The aspiring rapper insisted in court that he "did not mean to incite fear. That was never my intention. That is not my character." But he failed to convince the court the writing was innocent lyrics and other musings. Also, unfortunately for him, when they searched his on-campus dorm when he was arrested, cops found a loaded gun.

Teens Jailed For Life Over Schoolboy's Murder

Five teenagers have been jailed for the killing of 15-year-old Zac Olumegbon, who was stabbed to death as he arrived at school.

The killers, who were aged 15-17 at the time, murdered Zac outside Park Campus School in West Norwood, south London, in July 2010.

Within moments of being hounded down, the youngster lay dying in the garden of a house just metres from the school. He had been stabbed four times, two of the wounds piercing his heart. The court heard how the gang of youths were armed with at least two knives and had deliberately been driven to the school to attack Zac.

Helder Demorais, 18, Ricardo Giddings, 17, Jamal Moore, 17, and Kyle Kinghorn, 18, were all convicted of murder and given prison sentences ranging from 14 to 18 years. Shaquille Haughton, 16, was found guilty of manslaughter and sentenced to 12 years.

The five were members of the GAS (Gunds And Shanks) gang from Brixton. Zac was associated with the rival TN1 (Trust No One) gang from Tulse Hill.
