The Governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha, today Friday August 3, 2012 in Owerri the Imo state capital promised that his administration would commence the immediate payment of N10,000 wardrobe allowance to all civil servants in the state, starting from August as part of his ongoing reform in the Imo state civil service.
