Topic of the day: Do you agree that 77% of Nigerian women use skin-lightening products?

According to a report published by the World Health Organisation (WHO) in June, 2012, 77% of women in Nigeria use skin-lightening products, the world’s highest percentage. That compares with 59% in Togo, and 27% in Senegal. What's your thoughts on this?
