This is terrible, i agree that police are only humans and crave alcohol too but why would one be drunk on duty? this is gross indiscipline.
This happened yesterday, at just 12:00pm this officer was so drunk that he fell inside that dirty gutter along old Ife road in Ibadan.
To make matters worse, he is a traffic officer that was attached to Onipepeye Junction. I hope something can be done about this."
