54-Year-Old Woman Jailed 10 Years For Molesting Her 19-Year-Old Worker

A woman from Zimbabwe who took advantage of their 19-year-old worker while her husband was away at work and forcibly became intimate with him was yesterday sentenced to 10 years in prison.

The woman aged 54 pleaded not guilty to aggravated indecent assault, but was convicted by senior Western Division regional magistrate Mr Owen Tagu. Three years of her sentence were suspended for five years on condition of good behaviour.

Mr Goodluck Katenaire, for the State said on the night of 18 to 19 January this year, the woman and the man slept under one roof, but in different rooms. During the night, the woman went to the room where the man was sleeping and asked him to join her in her bedroom, but he refused since he knew that she was married to his employer.

She kept on bothering him, but he refused and the State proved that she lifted him up and took him to her bedroom where she laid him on a reed mat and undressed him. He tried to get up, but she pinned him down and went on to be intimate with him at about 5am on 19 January. The man decided to terminate his employment and went back to his parents’ homestead where he narrated his ordeal to his father and a police report was later made leading to her arrest.

In passing sentence, Mr Tagu said while it is the practice of the courts to try and keep women first offenders out of custody, the offence for which she stood convicted of was a serious one.

“Cases of women sexually assaulting men are now prevalent and that is why the legislature saw it fit to pass laws that are meant to deter offenders. You are a married woman and the complainant was your employee and by abusing him you betrayed the trust that had been bestowed in you. A custodial sentence would meet the justice of this case,” said the magistrate.

Husband Returns from Night Vigil at 3am, Catches Wife In Bed With Male Lover

A man who had gone for an all-night prayer got the shock of his life when he caught his 'faithful' wife pants down with a neighbor on his bed at their matrimonial home. The incident is said to have happened at around 3am.

“The two lovebirds’ timing was wrong as Maskiri decided to return earlier than expected and he caught them in the act. He then alerted some neighbors who proceeded to report the matter to the police,” said a witness.

A source said the husband, only identified as Maskiri, returned home from prayers earlier than the usual time and this helped him to catch his unfaithful wife, Fungai Sibanda, having sex with their neighbour, identified as Tinashe Mutuwari.

When Maskiri was contacted for comment, he opened up saying he was still in dilemma of what had driven his wife to do such an embarrassing thing.

“I had gone for an all-night prayer and my wife had remained at home. At around 3am, I decided to go home as I was feeling sleepy. When I got home, I got the shock of my life as I found my wife sleeping with Tinashe on our bed. I became weak and could not do or say anything to the two. I quietly walked out and informed some neighbours,” said Maskiri.

He revealed that he suspected it was not the first time Tinashe had spend the night at his home as he regularly went for all-night prayers leaving his wife at home.

To the surprise of many, the wife got a restraining order from a local court against her husband. “Surprisingly, Fungai rushed to seek a peace order against me saying I was troubling her and she won the case,” the husband added.

Man Flees After Impregnating His Mother A Second Time

If one time was not bad enough he did it a second time, according to reports.

A man has fled his home in Pote Village, Mashonaland Central Province in Zimbabwe, after allegedly impregnating his mother a second time, according to the British news media. The mother also fled the village.

Simon Matsvara and his mother Ethel Vhangare decided to leave the village after church members learned of the alleged pregnancy. Just four years ago, the two were reportedly fined by the village elders when Vhangare suffered a miscarriage after getting pregnant from her son.

The village chief, Chinamhora, said that the community was outraged by the allegations and has organized a team to find Matsvara and Vhangare. "We will hunt the two and we will severely punish them sending a clear message to potential offenders that we will not tolerate these acts," he told the state-run newspaper.

The couple reportedly began their incestuous relationship back in 2008, when asked by the Matsvara family to care for his ailing father, Agripah, who later died. When the mother became pregnant for the first time, they were fined and told to end their relationship. News of the alleged second pregnancy occurred when the mother began to skip church and members visited their home. It was there that they found the mother was five months pregnant, allegedly by her own son.

The two reportedly left their village shortly after the discovery and are believed to be on the run.

Man Kills Self With Rat.. After Suspecting His Wife Of Cheating With His Brother

AN enraged Chimanimani man last week consumed rat poison and later died after suspecting his wife of having an extra-marital affair with his brother. Vincent Mucherera (35) heavily assaulted his wife, Martha Mavhima with fists before he decided to cut his life short.

Police confirmed the suicide which happened at Dombera Farm last Monday at around 6am. Manicaland police spokesperson, Inspector Enock Chishiri, has urged members of the public to solve marital disputes amicably and avoid letting emotions control them.

“We continuously urge people to cool down their tempers when dealing with marital disputes. Committing suicide has never been a solution and we urge people to desist from terminating their lives.” Mucherera who was employed at Dombera Farm went to work at around 6pm and left Martha at home. He came back an hour later and saw his brother, Vica, who works at Zimbala Estate having supper with Martha. He also had some supper before he went back to work. Martha and Vica slept in separate rooms,” he said.

Insp Chishiri said at around 11pm, Murechera returned home and assaulted his wife accusing her of having a relationship with Vica. She sustained severe injuries all over her body. Maid Boils Employer's 3-Month-Old Baby Over Unpaid Salaries

A Bulawayo maid in Zimbabwe has been arrested after she allegedly boiled her employer’s three months-old baby.

This was apparently in revenge to her employer’s failure to pay her on time. The maid, Nokuthula Nyathi, of Emakhandeni is alleged to have boiled the infant in a container on Wednesday last week. The infant’s mother, Karen Dube, collapsed when she saw her baby in the container.

The maid was arrested a day after the gru**s*me m**der and appeared before Western Commonage magistrate, Mr Richard Ramaboea facing murder charges. She was remanded in custody to 23 October.

Some residents said the maid and her employer had a turbulent relationship.

It is understood that the maid usually gets paid on the first day of every month but at the time of the murder, the woman’s salary was overdue by two days.

“I do not think that money was the reason for all this. Dube did not trust her because she has caught the maid stealing her belongings on several occasions. The employer tried to fire her but the maid resisted. So I think that might be the major reason behind the cruel deed,” said the source.

It is reported that on the day in question, Nyathi asked Dube to give her her salary. The employer said she did not have the money and promised to get it by the end of the week and left for work thereafter.

Nyathi, however, appeared not to have believed her employer’s promise. She is alleged to have taken the three-month old baby and put it in a container and boiled the infant on a stove.

The maid then took her belongings and left. On her return in the evening, Dube found her baby still in the container and was so shocked that she fell unconscious. The woman was discovered by a neighbour lying on the floor.

An ambulance was called to the scene while the body of the infant was taken to a mortuary.

Woman Gives Birth To Baby With Two Heads (PHOTO)

A woman in India gave birth to a healthy child with two heads and necks in a private hospital in Muktsar, Punjab, after a major operation on Tuesday.

The new-born male baby is under observation in the intensive care unit of the hospital where the condition of the child is stated to be critical. Doctors said that if the baby survives for 24 hours, then he can be referred to a bigger institution for further treatment.

Payal Rani, wife of Subhash and resident of Goniana road in Muktsar, was admitted in Guru Nanak Ayurvedic College and Hospital at Barkandi road in city for delivery at about 10 am on Tuesday morning. The blood pressure of the woman was very high and doctors decided to operate her.

A panel of three doctors – Dr Sukhvinder Singh, Dr Mukesh Bansal and Dr M L Ashwani – operated the woman, but were shocked to see the child. The child was born with two heads and two necks separately, with a single body. "The baby born with two heads and necks is a full term male baby. He is active and healthy now.

The weight of baby at the time of birth is 3.1 kg. At the time of birth, the baby was not crying which is mandatory. But after treatment, he cried. The baby was shifted to the nursery in my hospital where he is being kept on oxygen and fluid. He is surviving well", said Dr Rajendra Bansal, a child specialist.

"We asked parents of the baby to refer the baby to some bigger institution like AIIMS or PGI, Chandigarh. They are from labour class and were not willing to go anywhere. They pleaded with us to take the baby home but IMA, Muktsar has decided to treat the baby. The baby was later sent to my hospital from Guru Nank Hospital." Bansal said.

"The IMA has decided that if the baby survives, then the cost of treatment of the baby will be borne by them. This is the first time when such type of a baby is born in Muktsar and he is alive. About ten years back, a baby was born with two heads and necks, but he was born dead", Dr Mukesh said.

BIZARRE::Man impregnates his biological mother twice

IN a bizarre case, a Domboshava man and his biological mother are reportedly on the run after having an incestuous relationship that culminated in two pregnancies.

Simon Matsvara and Ethel Vhangare are from Pote Village under Chief Chinamhora. Simon first impregnated his mother while his father Agripah Matsvara was alive and for the second time after his d*ath. It is alleged that the first time Simon impregnated his mother, she had a miscarriage.

However, this time Vhangare is alleged to be five months pregnant and Simon is responsible. The pair reportedly fled the community recently after getting news that Chief Chinamhora, Simon Chidziva, had sent his aides to arrest them. It is alleged that Vhangare’s husband, Agripah, suffered a stroke in 2008 and relatives reportedly assigned Simon to assist his mother take care of the father.

Later in the same year, it is alleged Vhangare started vomiting and revealed to a neighbour that she was pregnant and her son was responsible. Family elders reportedly resolved the matter before fining the pair an undisclosed number of cattle. Two months later, Vhangare suffered a miscarriage before her husband’s death in 2008. Simon and his mother reportedly continued with their relationship that resulted in another pregnancy.

The matter came to light after Vhangare absconded church services, prompted churchmates to pay her a visit. It was then discovered that Vhangare was pregnant again and neighbours reported the matter to Chief Chinamhora who sent his aides to arrest the two. “We are going to hunt for the two and we will punish them severely to send a clear message to would-be offenders that we do not tolerate such acts,” the chief said yesterday.

In a related incident, another pair from Mutonda village under Chief Chinamhora, was fined three beasts after siring two children in an incestuous relationship. A 26-year-old man and his niece (22) reportedly cohabited as husband and wife since 2007. They bore two children now aged four and one. The matter came to light after the man’s uncle filed a complaint upon realising that his sister’s son had paid a bride price for his daughter to his brother-in-law.

In passing sentence, Chief Chinamhora ordered the man to pay two heads of cattle before relocating permanently to his paternal homestead in Rusape. The woman was ordered to pay a cow. “Children are lacking guidance, especially in divorced families. Divorced parents need to set aside their difference for the benefit of their children. “We are Africans and our culture is being eroded. Parents must unite and send children to holidays such that they are in touch with their relatives and respect each other’s totems,” he said.

Prophet Causes Panic After Raising Man From The D*ad

A 40 year old prophet has caused panic in Bulawayo (second largest city in Zimbabwe) after reportedly raising a raising a man from the d*ad. Residents of the city claim the miracle by Prophet Lovemore Chimbwenya have left them wondering.

“We used to hear that Chimbwenya was doing miracles at his home but never took the rumors seriously until reports started filtering through that he had raised a man from the dead,” said a neighbour.

Prophet Lovemore confirmed having performed the miracle. However, this was after much persuasion as he had earlier refused the news crew permission to interview him. “Yes I did that, the man I raised had his soul temporarily seized by witches who wanted to turn him into a zombie. It’s only that I don’t want to boast about the things I do,” he said. Stressing that he does not like publicity, the prophet said "It’s not good to be always in the papers. I have been helping a lot of people for a while now.

I got a calling when I was 16 years old, and since then I have made the handicapped walk and the sick well." A female resident of the city said Prophet Lovemore had also healed her handicapped brother. “My brother was not able to walk and we took him to Prophet Lovemore. We can not explain what happened only the healer knows.

Everyone in the suburb knew my brother and last week people were surprised to see him walking on the streets,” she told the media. Prophet Lovemore said he does not charge for his service because it is a gift from God. “It is a gift from God so why should I charge people?”
