Bishop Confesses During Sermon: I Am Sleeping With My Boss

Radical Zimbabwean preacher, Bishop Tudor Bismark caused a major stir in London on November 2nd when he confessed to sleeping with his boss in front of a 3000+ capacity crowd.

The crowd had gathered to hear an array of speakers of the who’s who of Chistiandom at the annual International Gathering of Champions hosted by British super-church, Kingsway International Christian Church.

KICC was also celebrating its purchase of a 24acre facility worth £30 million for a paltry £5 million. The facility has been aptly named Prayer City.With great bravado, Bismarck of Jabula New Life Covenant Church in Harare said:

“I am sleeping with my boss!”.

His ‘confession’ was received with shocked gasps followed by nervous giggles and muted applause. While it was not quite clear, the internationally recognised preacher, is believed to have rhetorically meant his wife, who is also a pastor in his church.

Having made his ‘shocking confession’, Bishop Tudor Bismark then went on to tear off the roof off the Excel building. Bismark who was scheduled to speak for 40minutes preached for one hour. His message which brought the house down was titled “God will change His mind”

He said “Every now and then God will jump into our lives and makes some changes.” God is moved by worship. His message was taken from 2 Kings 19:14-21, 32-37 KJV.

So powerful was his message, by the time this charismatic Zimbabwean son was through the 3000+ crowd was on its feet in riotous applause.

Also on her feet was Bismarck love interest and fellow Pastor Chichi Bismark (his wife). The applause went on for a full 12minutes after which, Bishop Bismark left the stage in his customary swagger.

Fastest-growing religion is no religion

The fastest growing "religious" group in America is made up of people with no religion at all, according to a Pew survey showing that one in five Americans is not affiliated with any religion.

The number of these Americans has grown by 25% just in the past five years, according to a survey released Tuesday by the Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life.

The survey found that the ranks of the unaffiliated are growing even faster among younger Americans.

Thirty-three million Americans now have no religious affiliation, with 13 million in that group identifying as either atheist or agnostic, according to the new survey.

Pew found that those who are religiously unaffiliated are strikingly less religious than the public at large. They attend church infrequently, if at all, are largely not seeking out religion and say that the lack of it in their lives is of little importance.

I didn’t know it was a religion, says teenager, 16, who harassed a Pagan

A teenage boy has admitted religiously harassing a McDonald's worker - by persistently mocking her because she is a Pagan. The 16-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, visited the fast food restaurant frequently over a period of more than six weeks to taunt the woman over her beliefs. The case is understood to be the first in the UK to involve a case of religious harassment against a Pagan.

The boy, who lives in Lawford, Ess*x, pleaded guilty to religiously aggravated harassment at Colchester youth court on Wednesday. Magistrates banned him from contacting the woman and gave him a three month referral order, which means he must report to a panel of youth workers and may be forced to do unpaid work. The court heard how the boy repeatedly went to the McDonald's restaurant in Colchester, Ess*x, between December 24, 2001 and February 18 and harassed the female employee because she was a Pagan.

Paganism, the followers of which include druids, shamans and heathens, is recognised as a religion under UK law. Prosecutor Simon Newell said: 'Religiously aggravated harassment is an unusual offence - the first I have dealt with, especially one where perhaps not everyone would consider it a religion, but it is deemed to be so. 'The defendant has found out others have called her a Pagan and he has jumped on the bandwagon.

Suspected Islamists kill 4 again

Suspected members of Islamist group Boko Haram on Wednesday shot dead four Christians who were believed to be fleeing violence-torn Maiduguri, residents said.

“Their car had just pulled up at a filling station outside the town to refuel when suspected Boko Haram gunmen in another car also pulled up and opened fire on the Igbos, killing them on the spot,” said a resident of the city of Potiskum who sells groceries nearby.

Members of the Igbo ethnic group are overwhelmingly Christian and generally originate from the country’s east. The attack occurred on the outskirts of Potiskum.

“The car the victims were travelling in was stuffed with bags and other personal effects and it was clear they were heading for the east,” the resident said.

They were thought to be traveling from Maiduguri, a city wracked by violence blamed on Boko Haram.

Another resident gave a similar account. Police confirmed the attack, but said the victims’ ethnic group was unknown as was the identity of the gunmen.

Recent religious violence, most of it blamed on Boko Haram, has sparked fears of a wider religious conflict and talk of the possibility of civil.

Seven Killed As Christian Youths Attack Sapele Mosque

No fewer than seven persons were seriously injured yesterday when a group of Christians attacked a mosque in Sapele, Delta State. 

Saturday Sun gathered that the youths, who were armed with dangerous weapons, stormed the mosque at about 6am and unleashed terror on the people that were around. 

It was learnt that the youths, after the attack, asked the Muslims in Sapele to pack out of the area and return to the North. Speaking to newsmen on the attack, Mallam Sadiq Musa said some of the victims have been taken to the hospital for treatment. According to him, “it is a pity that our brothers are attacking us.

If they ask us to leave, where do they want us to go? We have no other place to go. “This issue is political and not a religious matter because we are trying to preach peace and we don’t believe in violence.” According to him, other Muslims, who are non-indigenes are now living in fear following the daily attack and threat to their lives. 

He pleaded with Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan and all security chiefs to beef up security in every part of the state. Musa disclosed that the state director of the State Security Service (SSS) and the Police Area Commander in Warri have both waded into the matter to ensure there is peace in the area. 

 Also speaking, Alhaji Adbulsalam Paxman Ekpuzie, described the attacks as unbecoming and pleaded for Governor Uduaghan’s intervention. “Something urgent should be done to halt the incessant attacks on the Sapele mosque. Nobody should make deliberate effort to destabilise this peaceful state and the nation,” said Ekpuzie, who is the National Chairman, Muslim Movement for Peace and Justice of Nigeria.
