5 tenants docked for defecating
Ikorodu (Lagos State) Five tenants were on Friday arraigned before an Ikorodu Customary Court, charged with defecating around the house they rented.
The defendants – Jude Ugbo (41), Joseph Oken (41), Emeka Uzoka (42), Oladunni Kayode (39) and Ndoka Ikoro (39) — all residents of 14, Rilwan St, Ikorodu, are facing a three-count charge of failure to provide toilets and bathroom in the house.
The prosecuting sanitation officer, Tolu Eyinmetan, told the court that the defendants, by their action, contravened the environmental laws of the state.
He said that the offence contravened Sections 16:1-8 , Lagos State Environmental Laws, 2002 and Section 18(1) of Ikorodu Local Government, Sanitation Department, Laws of Lagos State 2002.
The defendants pleaded guilty to the charges but claimed that the landlord failed to provide toilet facilities in the apartment.
The President of the court, Alhaja Risikat Adesanya, ordered that he be served hearing notice and appear before the court on April 19.
Strange tortoise causes panic in Calabar
There was pandemonium at an area close to the Margaret Ekpo International Airport, Calabar, at the weekend, following the discovery of tortoise walking around the area. The creature, which had fresh leaves carefully tied to its back, drew a large crowd of people. It was gathered that the people became scared when they discovered that the leaves on the tortoise, contained some substances which could not be immediately verified.
Residents of the area told Daily Trust that a similar incident occurred in area some time ago.
“It is one landlord that sent this strange tortoise. It is a sign to his tenants, who he has been having problems with”, a resident of the area said.
A onetime chairman of Odukpani Local Government Council in the state, Samuel Inok, who said a similar incident had occurred in the area, said three years ago, a vulture, which had on it, colourful materials was sent to deliver a warning letter written in red ink to him, but that God spared his life.
However, the crowd did not spare the tortoise, as it was killed and burnt.

Nine-year-old Joshua from New York suffers from a rare disease called eosinophilic esophagitis which means that he is fatally allergic to nearly all foods.
Pizza, hot dogs, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches; any snack a normal nine-year-old might dream up is off the cards for Joshua, whose reactions can range from vomiting and diarrhoea to anaphylactic shock.
Even the scent of food could be lethal for him, meaning that his parents must cook meals for the rest of the family on a patio grill.
His dad, Brant, told Anderson Cooper: ‘The hardest thing for me is that he cannot eat what we eat.’
The only thing Joshua can eat on a day-to-day basis is baby food. Other than that he gets his nutrients from a doctor-prescribed formula fed through a tube into his stomach.
Joshua is home-schooled by his mom, Cara, because of his life debilitating disease. ‘Every morning Joshua wakes up at 6.45 and usually it’s because he hears the school bus,’ she said.

Vietnamese Man Slept Next To his Dead Wife For 5 Years(PHOTOS)

A Vietnamese man dug up his wife’s body, molded it with clay into a female figure and put it in his bed so he could hug it every night for the past five years.
The man, 55-year-old Le Van from Ha Lam in the central Quang Nam province, is seen below with his wife’s remains and his son.
According to reports, Van began by sleeping upon his wife’s grave after she died in 2003. He said that a year and a half later he decided to dig a tunnel next to his wife’s grave so he could sleep beside her away from the rain and wind.
However, neighbors and local authorities found out about the practice and persuaded Van to stop. Subsequently Van returned to the grave, dug up his wife’s corpse and brought it home, where it remains today.
Van’s son, photographed below with his mother’s corpse, is said to hug her body before going to bed each night.
His father told the Lao Dong newspaper that his neighbors dared not visit him for years, but have since grown more accustomed to the idea and will now pay him a visit from time to time.
“I’m a person that does things differently. I’m not like normal people,” he was quoted as saying. “My wife’s body only passed away but her spirit still accompanies us. I have no fear when it comes to sleeping with her at all.”
Local authorities are said to be planning an inspection of the case because of new sanitation laws that rule a body must be cremated or buried, and that burials cannot be carried out in residential gardens without approval.

Supatra herself insists her condition is just ‘who I am’, adding that she ‘does not even think about’.
Supatra is one of just 50 known sufferers of Ambras Syndrome – caused by a faulty chromosome – to be documented since the Middle Ages. Before the disease was understood, sufferers were branded ‘werewolves.’
She has thick hair growing over her face, ears, arms, legs and back. Even laser treatment has failed to stop the hair growth.
But while most sufferers have been shunned, Supatra has gradually been embraced by her community, and became a popular and outgoing child.
She said: ‘There were a few people who used to tease me and call me monkey face but they don’t do it any more.
“I’m very used to this condition. I can’t feel the hair as it has always been like this. I don’t feel anything.
“It does sometimes make it difficult to see when it gets long.I hope I will be cured one day.”
“She gets along with others really well and is very generous. She has a lot of friends.”
In other ways Supatra is the same as other children her age – she loves swimming, dancing to her favourite music and playing with friends.
But more than anything, Supatra loves perching in front of the TV at her tiny one-bedroom family home in Pranakom, on the outskirts of Bangkok, to watch cartoons.
She said: “I like to watch anything on TV, whatever is, I like having it on. I like to watch Bugs Bunny.”
The bubbly little girl is also determined not to let her condition prevent her from leading a normal life.
She said: ‘I like to study maths so I can be good at it and teach it to younger children so they can do it too.
‘I want to become a doctor so I can help patients when they get injured.
‘I want to help people who get hurt and help cure people.”

Apparently her married boyfriend told her the only way he would leave his wife for her is if she did this sickening act and taped it for him!
She told police she performed oral s*x on the girl to satisfy the ‘s*xual appetite’ of her married lover Christopher Smith in an attempt to show Smith how much she loved him after he promised to leave his wife for her.
Smith himself was arrested on December 5th after another woman he was having an affair with called police when he asked her to have s*x with the same abused seven year old.
Police seized his cell phone and found video footage of him having s*x with the same seven-year-old girl. They also found footage of Margaret O’Neill performing oral s*x on the child.
Investigators revealed Smith’s wife told them she found a video of him abusing a child in February – but chose not to alert authorities because she ‘wanted to protect’ the child’s family.
In a bid to get further evidence against Smith they set up a sting operation and recorded him talking about abusing children.
O’Neill was booked into the Orange County Jail on five counts of s*xual battery on a child younger than 12 and three counts of criminal conspiracy to commit s*xual battery.
Smith has been charged with 24 counts of s*xual battery on a child younger than 12, lewd or lascivious molestation and conspiracy to commit s*xual battery.
We all know what happens to child abusers in jail. I hope he is sodomized routinely and consistently till he dies. As for O’Neill she deserves to be hanged. Sick, disgusting people.
Woman Claims Metal Wire Has Grown From Her Body For 18 Years
It’s a currently big news in Indonesia. Metal wires about 10-20 cm long grow from a woman’s body! Skeptics initially thought that is must be “self-inflicted”.
Doctors however, have other theories but have given up on providing any scientific or medical explanations.
The woman had this problem for 18 years and currently being investigated by the Ministry of Health.
Initial consultation with doctors and specialists found that the wires are also inside her body. At this stage, there were no current medical explanations or any case ever exist. Hence, there is but only one other possible consideration… Occult magic.
Her name is NOORSYAIDAH. A 40 years old kindergarten teacher from Sangatta, East Kutai. Her first symptoms started manifestating in 1991.
The metal wires grew out of her chest and her belly. There was no explanation then (or even now). During the first week wires kept falling off from her body and were gone. A month later, the wires grew back again and from that time onward the wires did not fall.
They kept growing
One of her sisters said that she tried to help by trimming the wires. Alas, whenever she trimmed the wires, the wire retreated as if it were hiding and then popped up in another part of Noorsyaidah’s body.
There have been 4 Medical Specialists taking this matter seriously and have treated her in several ways. And as the result, doctors can’t figure out what exactly is happening to her. The doctors have taken an X-Ray image from her stomach and found that there are more than 40 metal wires inside her and some of them are bursting out of her skin.
They looks like a living phenomenon. The wires are able mobile and therefore can change location at will, Thus the doctors are forced to use a magnet to scan the exact position of the wires. The wires bursted out without any symptoms of Tetanus, but she said that they’re hurting her like when needles sting.
