The federal governemnt removed subsidy on fuel on Jan 1, 2012.
Since then, Nigerians from all walks of life have been grappling with the hike in fuel price, the long queues in filling stations, the returns of black market in some areas with hike in transport fares as commuters in some places are said to be trekking to their destinations.
