This photo of  a police man fondling a lady's breasts went viral, It shows a senior police officer believed to be an Assistant Commissioner of Police fondling the boobs of a light skinned lady.

The Nigerian Police Force released a statement via their Facebook page a few days ago claiming the photo is Photoshopped.
