The pic shows a soldier punishing a man for crossing the express road instead of using the pedestrian bridge. The pic below also shows a soldier asking a grown man to do frog jump. Why punish an adult for violating road traffic law? Why not arrest them, take them to court, fine them? Is this constitutional?Why is it taking too long for them to adjust to the democratic way of doing things
