This is the height of hypocrisy, beware of political preachers!!!

I am not rooting for President Good-luck Jonathan or against Ministers speaking their mind to their congregation but what i distaste from men in authority is hypocrisy. I really don't want Jonathan to come back because he failed Nigerians and i think if i get the chance to meet him or his wife, i will speak my grievance so they can learn the truth. How can a preacher (Reverend Father Ejike Mbaka of Adoration Ministry Enugu) who openly praised President Goodluck in front of his wife on national television come to sing another song less than 2 months after. A man is valued by his words, his words are his integrity and if this was a civilized society, this preacher or whatever he is will be forced to resign. This is how NTA reported the visit of the First lady to the clergy man:
The Spiritual Director of the Adoration Ministry Enugu, Reverend Father Ejike Mbaka says, his Ministry is committed to praying and seeking God's fulfilment in the re-election of president Goodluck Jonathan in the 2015 elections.
Reverend Father Ejike made the declaration when he hosted First Lady, Dame Patience Jonathan at the 2014 Adoration Harvest thanksgiving and bazaar in Enugu

After the speech, you can see the first lady saying she was encouraged by his sermon. If he only said the truth to the poor woman as a message from God, she would have gone back to Aso rock to trouble her husband on the state of the nation but she was deceived like the countless ministers and preachers  close to the president that he is actually doing a good job. They say they are lead by the holy spirit and i wonder what is holy about a cowardice spirit who cannot speak the truth when it is needed. His words are no different from the ordinary man on the street, but position and luck are what makes their voice heard. The bible say "Judge not" but also said "by their fruits, you shall know them", so followers should be careful who they listen to. God is not the author of confusion, he doesn't play partisan politics. People should be taught to think for themselves and not follow religious leaders blindly because they have been part of the problems of Nigeria. The clergy lucky enough to be be close to the President becomes his puppet while the others find the nearest tent to perch.

The point i am trying to make is that, preachers who are not credidle cannot be trusted, stand for truth at all times and not when the highest bidder comes or when you are not in the presence of the culprit.Political and religious leaders have all failed Nigeria and Nigerians,so it is high time people learn to trust their own instinct and not people who abuse their position to cause great harm to the nation.
