The representative of the Peoples Democratic Party at the Presidential Collation Centre, Mr. Godday Orubebe(below) has accused the chairman of Independent National Electoral Commission, Prof. Attaihiru Jega of bias over his failure to investigate the party protest letter on the election in Kano, Katsina, Jigawa.He is causing serious disruption in the presentation of results.
