Former People Democratic Party National Chairman, Dr. Haliru Bello and his son, Abba has granted bail by the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja. in the sum of N300 million with two sureties in like sum.
Justice Ahmed Mohammed in a ruling on the accused person's bail application also ordered that they should deposit their passport with the court pending the determination of their trial.
