A Nigerian, Jude O Nkama made history on January 6th as he was appointed as judge in New Jersey,USA.The city of Newark,NJ has appointed three Nigerians into high positions,just as Jude O Nkama became the first African to be appointed as a judge in the 349 year history of the city and State of New Jersey, USA.On Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2016 Hon. Ras Baraka, Mayor of the City of Newark, NJ also appointed Hon.
