Ibinabo Fiberesima Strips Off Her Position As AGN President
The statement released:
“The Federal High Court sitting in Lagos, this morning 23/3/2016 at the application and argument of Counsel to Actors Guild of Nigeria, Barr. Peter Andor Oboyi, struck out Ibinabo’s and BOT suit challenging the nullification of her election to the Presidency of AGN and also challenging the legitimacy of the Presidency of Emeka Ike and his Exco. The implication of this judgement is that Engr. Emeka Ike led Exco remain the only authentic and lawful leaders of Actors Guild of Nigeria,"
"The Honourable Court vehemently reiterated the position of the judicial authority that, Ibinabo, her purported exco members and the Board of Trustees vacate forthwith the office of AGN both at the National and State level and accordingly surrender all AGN assets at their unlawful possession to the incumbent Engr Emeka Ike’s Government.”

Grace Amah- Nollywood New Actors Lack Respect For Elder Colleagues
Renowned Nollywood actress, Grace Amah has called out on Nollywood new actors saying that they have no respect for their elder colleagues. While speaking to NewsWatch recently, the single mother said.
“They are favoured because what we went through during my time is certainly not what they are going through now. These days, someone could just walk into a location and act or a producer could just see somebody on the road and call her to come and feature in a movie and before you know what is happening, he or she becomes popular and eventually becomes a celebrity or star as you journalist always say.“Most of these young actors don’t know how to say hello to their seniors and when the seniors take the pains to say hello to them, they arrogantly snub you.“A lot of them don’t have respect for elders in the industry,”

'Those who steal must be punished & made to pay for what they do' - Okonjo-Iweala
“We have to fight corruption in two ways; one is by punishing those who steal, and making sure they pay for what they do. But we also must plug all the holes by building institutions and systems that prevent corruption in the first place. If you have a financial system for running your financial accounts that is not computerized, that is not technologically based, you’re still transferring cash, as we were doing in my country up until 2003, 2004, then you’re opening up the place to a lot of people leaking”she said
Kardashian Sisters, Kim, Khloe, Kourtney Sued Over Beauty Line
TMZ reports that,Hillair Capital Management in Los Angeles, accused the reality stars of breach of contract, fraud and deceit after investing more than $10 million to salvage their struggling Kardashian Beauty makeup line.Hillair in court documents said it agreed to invest in the Kardashian Beauty makeup line in July 2014 'after former distributor, Boldface, went belly up amidst legal and financial troubles'.
'The essence of the parties’ bargain was that Hillair would put up millions of dollars to fund the continued distribution of the Kardashians’ line, and the Kardashians would continue to be the faces of the line, and actively promote, market and support the line,' according to court documents.Hillair claimed that it lived up to its end of the deal, but the sisters did not.
'The Kardashians immediately stopped marketing, promoting, and supporting the line and began courting new potential investors to buy out Hillair’s stake. In short, the Kardashians wanted a better, more lucrative deal,' court documents said.
