Kaduna State chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) has explained why it boycotted last Saturday’s breakfast with President Goodluck Jonathan.
Chairman of the Kaduna chapter, Reverend Kraakevik Kujiyet said they did not attend the event because they were humiliated by CAN’s national leadership.
He said the misunderstanding followed the substitution of Kaduna CAN secretary with another person as one of those picked to have breakfast with the president.
When contacted, the Special Adviser Media and Public Affairs to Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, Mr. Kenny Ashaka said the case is now before a court and that it will be sub judice to comment on it.
