Kidnappers Strike In Lagos; Abduct White Expatriate

The evil of kidnapping is fast spreading across Nigeria. The U.S. Consulate in Lagos has just issued an alert that a white expatriate (identity withheld) has been kidnapped in the high brow Victoria Island.
