Wow! Lionel Messi Wins An Award In Dubai(photo)

Argentina and Barcelona star,Lionel Messi can't just stoop bagging award.The terrific forward has won The Best Player of the Year award at the Globe Soccer Awards in Dubai last night.This award came following his superlative performance last season with his club side Barcelona,were he scored 58 goals and the memorable treble-winning campaign.

'It's very nice to receive these awards, but I always say that the team makes it possible,' said Messi. 'It's been an extraordinary year.'

Other players like Frank Lampard and Andrea Pirlo were also honoured at the awards Ceremony in Dubai.
