 According to reports, top comedian Julius Agwu has declared his intentions to run for governor of Rivers State come 2015.

Julius Agwu is quoted to have said he decided to join the governorship race following pressure from his people to lead them. The party he will contest under will be unveiled in due course he says.

Who’s cooking?

Ghanaian actress Yvonne Okoro has released two teasers for her forthcoming show – “Dining With…“.

 Dining With…, is a blend of a talk show and a cooking show. It is produced by Yvonne’s Desamour Company Ltd in collaboration with IfactoryLive – producers of Jim Iyke Unscripted and Omotola: The Real Me.

The 13-episode show will air soon on Africa Magic on DStv as well as a few Ghanaian and UK TV stations.

Guests including celebrities, top personalities and politicians, will be invited to cook, while discussing topical issues affecting the society and themselves.

P.S – All guests may not necessarily know how to cook but with help of Chef Victor of Bon Apetit from Coca-Cola, they can choose to be given recipes while the chef supervises.

The teasers are so fun and interesting. In one, Majid Michel, Uti Nwachukwu and Julius Agwu battle it out in the kitchen for Yvonne’s attention.
