this photo is just eight yr old Kumar Paswan from a remote Indian village who has an astonishing medical condition.
The Octo Boy has his own twins in his wombs. well it's really weird, maybe this is the first case in the medical history of the twins in the wombs. Kumar Paswan has a difference with the other boys in his ages.
